No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Global Vin Check are final and non-refundable. Once a report is generated or a service is accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Digital Service Nature
Our services provide instant digital vehicle history reports, which are delivered immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, returns or cancellations are not applicable.
User Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) before making a purchase. Global Vin Check is not liable for incorrect data entered by the user.
Service Delivery
Once the report is successfully generated and delivered, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.
No Cancellation After Purchase
Orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed and the report generation has started.
Technical Issues
In case of technical issues where a report is not delivered, users may contact support. However, this does not guarantee a refund—resolution may include reprocessing the report instead.
